HOLIDAY JEWELRY PICKS!

Hello everyone,

Only five days left until Christmas! I've covered what to wear for the holidays in the previous posts, now it's time to wrap it up with my favorite accessories ever...Lesebi jewelry!!!

I strive to add a statement piece every time I get dressed-up. Even if you don't wear much jewelry, this time of year is the perfect opportunity to add a little sparkle to your holiday spirit. It can really be anything from a set of pearl earrings to a cute bangle dangling at your wrist. Make it your own! 

I know I can't wait to let my outfits shine with the kind of jewelry that easily lets my personality show and creates something memorable for every eye. WHAT TO WEAR TO A CHRISTMAS PARTY!

Hello everyone, 

While Santa begins his trip around the world delivering presents from one house to another, I think I might as well dress-up in the holiday spirit wearing red and green, so he leaves more gifts under my Christmas tree! hahaha I mean, I know I've been extra good, but if that isn't enough, I'm ready to impress him with my outfit! A look he will like as it screams holiday cheer and festive vibes!

Every Christmas I reach for any greens or reds, which otherwise I wouldn't wear together except in December. This month we're allowed to go as festive as possible and wear anything that makes our hearts sing our favorite Christmas carols. What are your top three favorite jingles? 

The days are nearing... it's becoming to feel a lot like Christmas! Grab a hot drink and let me give you an idea of what to wear to your family dinner gathering or even a Christmas party! 💖

          
It's the most exciting time of year where we gather around the table, share stories/laughs with one another and show appreciation through the act of giving to those who fill our hearts with love. A truly magical time, don't you think? 

A special holiday like Christmas deserves one special outfit! Something that matches the spirit of the holidays and makes you feel holly and jolly at the same time. This here is what I came up with! 

I like having my signature essence of chic, so I decided it's the perfect time to bring out my white frills shirt. The kind of piece that works for any Christmas occasion because it's classy and easily dresses-up the rest of the look. You can take it to a work party, to a friends's or to a family party! 

Plaid is great, but for this season red tartan plaid is even better. So here I have it, in the form of stretchy leggings, which beautifully go with my winter wonderland shirt. 

You know a wool trench coat can save the day and even the holiday if it's in the color green. Festive, chic and something you would most definitely need if you live on the East coast. I'm a West coast girl, but I wear it all for style and sometimes don't even take it off because I fee like it'll ruin the rest of the look... LOL!

WHAT TO WEAR: NEW YEAR'S EVE!

Hello everyone,

Vivid wild fireworks set in the night sky with holiday cheer in the air, the clock ticks to midnight... it's time to celebrate the beginning of a new year! 🎆

Lots more to look forward to, lots more to dream of, lots more love to share... all in all, another chance to be here and make a different in any way we can! 

Ringing in the new year is special - special because we reflect, appreciate and celebrate. I love the excitement of  saying "hello" to a new beginning. That's why I'm here yet with another New Year's Eve party look. Something to shake old habits away and bring new, joyful experiences your way!!! 😁  


Turn UP the music! (No harm in starting the party early... you never know... the neighbors might join you.)

  
As someone who appreciates when people dress up, I enjoy seeing everyone wearing their newest, most elegant clothing on a big night like this. It makes my heart jump and sing at the same time!LOL!

But really, seeing others in a good mood makes me feel that part of it comes from their outfit, especially if they feel confident in what they're wearing, like the way a sparkly gown has the power to make a woman feel sexy or like how a tailored suit can make a guy feel powerful. Things like these (for some not a big deal) make all the difference! I know for a fact it's so worth spending the time getting ready - doing your nails, choosing your outfit, putting your make-up on, doing your hair! That's why next time someone tells you " you take forever to get ready"... just say "yes, I know, I'm worth it!" 

    
Dresses are always a great idea for New Year's Eve, but if you would like something a bit more unique you can try a fancy two piece set. It will help you stand out from the crowd. Plus, I've seen some stunning ones with sequins, glitter, beads and awesome prints that are just perfect for this perfect night. The one I'm wearing here has the prettiest subtle lookalike galaxy specks that give me the shine I dream of. More so, I can't say no to a slit style type of pants that reveal the legs and even my heeled sandals. It's a JACKPOT! 

Continuing with my gold obsession in jewelry, accessories... I let it all shine! Not the slightest bit afraid to add a couple of jewelry pieces. I was even going for more, but someone had to stop me (thanks sis!) :)

GET READY WITH ME NYE EDITION + MY PARTY BEAUTY ESSENTIALS!

Hello everyone, 

Anyone already setting 2019 goals/resolutions? I know we're all driven, ready to chase that next BIG dream, but on New Year's Eve, it's all about celebrating the start of new beginnings and everything great that happened in the "old year". This is the night to get glam, to celebrate life and to spend it with your favorite "tribe". It's meant to be exciting, a way of putting an energizing new start to the new year!!! 

As the clocks ticks to midnight, you know you would want to look and feel your best! The music playing will do its part, but the outfit you wear is something you've got to plan. No one wants a last minute outfit that doesn't give you the full potential to feel confident and express your true self, so it's better to get inspired starting now.

I'm here to give you some New Year's Eve ideas and share with you my favorite beauty products that get me in the celebration mood in no time. Are you ready to get glamorous for this special night? 

Let's step into the New Year with our best foot forward! ( actually, jump with both and see all the magic that happens)!  

     
My ideal way of welcoming the New Year is with great music, smiles all around, champagne (lots of it) and a rainfall of good times! With it combined, I want an outfit that shines! One that you wouldn't wear everyday because it's fancy, sexy and meant for one rocking party!

I've got the look! More precisely, I've got the dress to take me into 2019! It's fuchsia-tastic, velvet with an asymmetrical tulip hem. A one of a kind showstopper in my eyes! 

Even though the dancing will keep me warm, like always, in the end of December it gets cold, so I suggest adding a festive pair of tights to go with your dress. There are so many sparkly, festive options that if it was possible you would want to wear two at a time. I won't lie, I certainly wanted to do this with two of my most "party" appropriate leggings. 


I like heels, wait that's an understatement....I happen to LOVE heels because it's the kind of shoe that makes you feel like a woman if you know what I mean. Since this is the celebration of a special night, I like to go as high as possible (a pair that I can still somehow walk in- hahaha). These here are my trusty faux stiletto heels that you just know are ready to bust a move any moment now... LOL! 


Of course sequins, diamonds and faux fur are welcome to any New Years party! Without them it wouldn't be much fun! That's why I've got a set of dazzling earrings and a choker. You know it... it's good to get your treasures out especially if you're the type that doesn't like celebrating at home.

As you can see my choice of New Year's Eve party beauty essentials consists of lots of glow, sparkle and gold. I enjoy sparkly nails that immediately put me in the mood for a fun night, glitter in my hair- that is a must, especially on a night like this - I mean, when if not on new years eve? - and bold, fierce eyes that catch every disco light. 

I've completely gone into drawing attention to the eyes, leaving the lips nude because I wanted to play with a night out make-up look. On top of it I sprinkled some glitter to make it even more fun!

LACE UP VELVET DREAMS!

Hello everyone, 

With the holiday season on the way, I'm already in the mood to dress up and let everything sparkly show, whether that is in jewelry, nails, hair glitter or dresses. It's the most EXCITING time of year! We get to wear our newest clothes, shop the most, spend time with the people we love and fill the world with smiles and joy! 💕 I promise I haven't had any drinks! hahaha I'm just really looking forward to the most wonderful time of the year!!!   

It may come as a surprise, but I've already started Christmas shopping... I know I'm surprised myself because usually I'm a "last minute" kind of shopper who has an idea of what to get everyone, heads to the mall and buys it. It has always worked in my favor, but this year I'm getting a head start! What kind of Christmas shopper are you? Spill the truth in the comments... I promise I won't judge you! (Your secret is save with me!)

  

When thinking of the holidays, I decided to stock up on a few velvet dresses because Santa told me to! LOL! But really, I think you've got to treat yourself first and then everyone else. Whatever makes you happy, baby! 

So this olive green velvet dream is something new, something I'm in love with and something I'll be wearing lots in the month of December. I like the front lace-up detail, the long sleeves, and the velvet material is always so romantic and beautiful to me. I know I can wear this dress with tights or fishnets with over the knee boots or sexy pumps. However, this time I wanted to dress it down as much as possible because it was just a normal day without any disco lights or blasting music (my two favorite things!). 

To keep it on the casual side, my over-sized denim jacket and sneakers were my "amigos". They did an amazing job in helping my vision come to live. A bit more cool, laid back vibes to the velvet paradise! 

Like a true jewelry lover, I wanted to shake my long tassels with this look. They're precious, gold and everything you would want hanging from your ears. This is the kind of statement I will be making at any Christmas or NYE party!

5 THINGS TO DO IN VEGAS THIS FALL!

Welcome to my city, a desert paradise with not much of an autumn season, but the city of entertainment where we make fall come to us. Simply said, Las Vegas is the city where everything is possible! With so much to do and see you'll need a full month to explore every fabulous corner of this shiny and captivating place. 

Most of us are in the mood for everything fall related - warm sweaters, leaves changing colors, hot coffee, so I thought, what better way to celebrate every beauty of this season than by sharing with you some of the things that make Vegas a fall-tastic adventure. These are five of the things I enjoy doing the most once October arrives in my city. If, by any chance, you're visiting Las Vegas this month, I hope this post gives you some ideas of what to do while here. 


1. Visit the Botanical Gardens at Bellagio 

Every season, with no exception, the Botanical Gardens at Bellagio get transformed into the most beautiful displays. Suddenly, you feel like you've entered into a Disney world where the calming music takes you through bigger-than-life floral creations. 

This autumn the "Sleeping Goddess" covered in flowers and autumn leaves brings the magic of this season. It feels as if you're in another world, which is why I always enjoy going there and entering each season with a new festive outlook. Plus, I could easily take her spot if she gets tired of sleeping because I lead the record of sleeping more than eight hours especially in the fall and winter. hahaha!

It's completely free to the public and you can walk around as much as you like. Don't be surprised if you can't take the perfect photo because the crowds are massive. There hasn't been a time when I have seen this place empty - only once - when I passed by at 3am, but there were still a few night owls roaming like me.   

2. Get Your Seasonal Veggies & Fruits at Gilcrease Orchard 

       
Make it a fun family day by visiting the Gilcrease Orchard to pick out this season's fresh fruits and veggies. Of course, during this month you will find pumpkins, which you can carve for Halloween. 

To me, this is one of the most fun ways to welcome fall in and really enjoy some quality time with the people you love. You're in fresh air surrounded by the smell of soil with open fields that you can walk around in while you fill out your basket with lots of healthy goodies. That's what I call the start to an amazing autumn season! 

It opens at 7am to 2pm and works on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Set your alarm clock (if you're like me... can't wake up early without a little help) and head orchard picking. 

3. Hot Coffee at Starbucks   

          
I know almost all the coffee spots in Las Vegas, but Starbucks has been dear to my heart from the very beginning. I may not like the windy days, but that's the perfect excuse for me to head out for a hot cup of coffee. It warms my soul and makes me super happy! 

I know fall has hit when I want something hot because most of the months it's iced drinks and coffees. My favorites are Caramel Macchiato, Cappuccino or White Chocolate Mocha. I rotate between these three options, so I never get bored. (Very clever, I know!) What's your favorite?    

Without a doubt drinking coffees is what I feel I was born for LOL! 

4. Walk & Talk at Red Rock Canyon

     
Yes, I grab my sister and we head walking and talking at Red Rock Canyon. We catch the beautiful sunsets.

This month is ideal for a hike because the weather is like what we, instagrammers, like to say, #OnPoint. You can breathe, you can speak while you breathe... I think you get my point! 

Okay, so you won't be seeing any falling leaves from trees, but this is as close to autumn as we can get thanks to the change in the air from humid to fresh. I just like it like that and try to appreciate it since it will only last for about three months. 

5. Paper Pumpkins & Leaves DIY 

         
With each new season we love to decorate our homes festive, so we fill up the atmosphere of decorations that bring warmth and that "homey" feeling in every room. That's why, in October, I like adding touches of things that represent fall, like pine cones, scented candles, leaf garlands, and why not even your own DIY paper creations?! If you have time on your hands, doing crafts can be so much fun! What do you think of my pumpkin and leaf decor wrapped up in twinkling lights? 

This is such a great activity to do with your kids (if you have any) or you can be the kid in this case, like me. Crafting is the kind of thing that allows you to welcome the new season right in the comfort of your home. It won't cost you much and the best part is you can reuse your DIY for years to come.

FALL TREND ALERT: PLAID!

Hello everyone, 

With the world at our fingertip, from New York to Paris, with the power of social media we're able to experiment fashion week as if we're there front row, dressed to perfection in our favorite designer wear seeing all the upcoming trends roll by on the runway. I tell you, it's a MAGICAL world! 

Within minutes the new trends appear online. Within days the new trends appear in the shopping malls. Within weeks the new trends appear in my closet! LOL!!! 

It's no lie everything happens fast and furious with an overload of excitement for the surprises fashion gives us each new season. This fall animal print is bringing lots of fearlessness. Even more glen plaid is taking center stage in classy and chic pieces that we're all dreaming of. (I hope I'm not the only one!) That's why today I'm giving plaid all the GLORY! It has earned the spotlight and won over my heart. (A BIG statement coming from me!) 

       
Seeing this print in coats, trousers, overalls made me want to create a "business smart" look that is made up of my favorite fall pieces. This includes the plaid blazer, which can easily be thrown on. The kind of versatile staple that can put you on the top of the list of most fashionable ladies. I already see your name there!

If you're a tee lover than you know blazers and tees make the perfect balance between casual and chic. In one sentence it's the kind of bond that can rarely be broken because it looks way too good together. A pairing like this is not to be taken for granted. It's way strong as we have all witnessed the amazing tee and blazer styles.   

Just because I like fall, or more accurately, haven't worn pants in what feels like ages, I decided to change it up with these chic trousers. I hear my skirts crying out my name just about now, but I feel as though there is nothing wrong with taking a different approach. How many of you are also loving something so much that you keep wanting to wear it every time?  

Aside from layering, autumn brings me all the excitement for accessorizing, especially wearing berets or baker boy hats. It's the kind of charm that makes me feel like an outfit is complete!

STREET STYLE ON THE GO!

Welcome to the game of a lifetime! One court, one sporty-chic outfit with an overcast of grey dominance and red heart for the game. 💓 Leaving the racket behind this time, I think it's save to say that we can ace in style to a break point for the WIN! What do you say?     

Okay, enough with the tennis terminology, but I couldn't help it since I used the tennis court as my location for today's look. Yep, there were stares, but so what? Same goes for Serena Williams when she steps on the tennis court 😁....just saying!


Velvet with distressed denim, let the match begin! Make yourself comfortable and pick your favorite piece of this look to cheer for!   

Easily, this kind of outfit you can take to any street... Milwaukke Avenue or Desert Inn. It requires a small dose of effort as anyone can pull it off and wear it on a day to day bases. Think comfort, mixed in with street style and a sprinkle of this season's current "must-haves".   

When I think of comfort and cuteness, all I ever want to wear is my heart shaped cozy sweater. It just speaks to my heart! hahaha Plus, there's nothing like sweater weather, right? It can take you back to some of the nicest memories like sharing a hot beverage with someone you enjoy spending time with. How cozy does that sound to you right now?

Of course as I love my denim so many of you do too, I needed to add some chic to the sweater in order to keep it fresh and exciting. This distressed denim skirt was the answer. Yep, it spoke to me and didn't leave me until it became a visual reality. The kind that is ready to pop with my cross-body bag aka: now a belt bag!  

Bringing back my velvet booties from last season, I needed a second dose of grey to match. They're irresistible and easily my favorite pair! Ohh, how they glisten in the sunlight!!!

PARISIAN FALL STYLE!

Hello everyone,

With the first day of autumn already behind us, fall is here to stay! It's reminding us how nice it is to go back to wearing the colors of the leaves, enjoying hot drinks and breathing in that fresh air which fills you up with happiness for the new season.🍂 

I've mentioned in the last post that lots of fall inspiration is coming your way. Easy, chic, yet casual outfits that are easy to recreate and will bring you the autumn spirit we're all excited for. 

Starting with today's look, you're going to fall in love with transitioning into this season and embracing the pieces that will make you feel as if the whole ground outside your window is covered with fallen leaves, even though, in reality there might not even be any sign of autumn yet. This is my current situation, here in the desert, but hey, I'm determined to make it feel like fall in any way I can. Any ideas how? Of course, first and foremost, starting out with my outfit!!!

     
You might be wondering what was I thinking of wearing a beret and a thick crop sweater in this desert heat...well, I thought the same thing until I pictured myself in an autumn surrounding, like one from a multicolored misty painting. It worked! hahaha   

I enjoyed giving a break to my loud and vibrant colors in exchange for fall appropriates like brown and black. It just feels right and makes me that more excited for all the looks I have planned for this season! There's only one question... Are You Ready? 

These pieces here are without a doubt something I go for everyday; skinny high-waist jeans, my favorite beret, cozy sweaters and heels in the form of a pump or booties. Definitely essentials that can last you all season long, plus, many more seasons to come!        

I can easily get away with wearing this outfit well into the Vegas winter, because with no snow, I won't be sliding all over the place or needing that much layering. What can I say, I've definitely thought about it more than twice! LOL!
